Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the booked service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please contact us directly to process any cancellations. Thank you for your consideration.

Client Consent and Liability Waiver
Acknowledgment & Consent
I understand that salon services, including hair coloring, lightening, chemical treatments, extensions, haircuts, and styling, may involve risks such as allergic reactions, scalp irritation, hair breakage, dryness, unexpected color results, or other unforeseen outcomes.
I understand that:
- Results cannot be guaranteed.
- Hair color and chemical services may affect the condition of my hair.
- I am responsible for informing my stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or previous chemical services that may affect my results.
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions about my service and aftercare.
Release of Liability
By signing below, I voluntarily consent to receive salon services at Studio Eighteen Hair Lounge and assume the risks associated with those services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Studio Eighteen Hair Lounge, its owners, employees, and independent contractors from claims, damages, injuries, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with cosmetic results arising from services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to agree on their behalf.
Card on File
I authorize Studio Eighteen Hair Lounge to keep my payment card on file and to charge it for late cancellation and no-show fees under the cancellation policy above. I understand that a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and that a no-show is charged 100% of the booked service. I may remove my card from file at any time by calling the salon, and I understand the salon may require prepayment for future appointments if I do.
